I did my Bachelor degree in Medicine in the picturesque town of Pokhara in Nepal. Following this I did my post-graduation in General Practice in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

During my training in UK, I have gained experience in Paediatrics, Accident and Emergency, Elderly care, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation and General Practice. Prior to my training in General Practice I specialised in Paediatrics and worked in various places in the UK. I have been practising as a general practitioner since 2007.

I worked in a practice which catered for 11,000 patients in a town called Solihull in UK since 2009 and had my own set of patients. In my practise as a family practitioner my fields of speciality were chronic disease management, women's and child health, mental health and minor surgery.

The reason I moved to General Practice from Paediatrics is for continuity of care and to be able to look after a family as a whole. During the last eight years I have had extensive experience in all fields of Medicine and have enjoyed caring for people through all walks of life.

In Australia, I hope to continue this priceless field of Medicine which is the core of all specialities.
