Dr Sharmin Akhter graduated from the Bengali University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2004. She completed her internships at Westmead and Blacktown Hospitals before going on to complete her GP training in the Dubbo area. She’s been practicing in Campbelltown since 2016 and has a special interest in women’s health, skin medicine as well as paediatrics. When she is not at work, Sharmin likes to spend time wiht family and kids and enjoys travelling.
