Dr Wells is a graduate of the University of Queensland Medical School. After attaining Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, he worked in Sydney to further train in Cardiac Anaesthesia and Perfusion. On his return to Brisbane, he has combined a private practice in anaesthesia with an ongoing contribution to cardiac services at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Other clinical interests include anaesthesia for vascular surgery and day case anaesthesia.
