Dr Sarah Parker grew up in Hobart where she attended the University of Tasmania, graduating with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. She then moved to Queensland and completed her intern and resident years at the Gold Coast Hospital, before moving to Adelaide in 2009. She became of Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Practitioners in 2011, and was awarded the Monty Kent Hughes Memorial Award for the Highest Score in Australia in her clinical component of the General Practice exams. Sarah has worked in a variety of practices including metropolitan and rural clinics, but has now settled with her young family to Stirling and looks forward to working in the Hills long term. Her special interest areas include Women’s’ Health and Paediatrics; and she also works in Medical Education with training GP registrars.
