Sandra enjoys her work at the SAM Centre after many years as a clinical psychologist in a range of public and private health settings in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. She is an experienced clinician with considerable training and expertise in helping adolescents and adults deal with depression, anxiety, trauma and mental illness. Her treatment approaches include CBT, Schema Therapy and hypnosis. She also applies her training in family therapy to helping couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties.
In addition to working at the SAM Centre, Sandra continues to work in public mental health where she supervises other psychologists and post-graduate students, teaches on clinical issues and participates in the planning and implementation of mental health initiatives.
