Dr Sam Hayman is a cardiologist with subspecialty training in interventional cardiology, joining HeartCare Partners in September 2017. Dr Hayman graduated medical school with honours in 2008 from the University of Queensland. He then undertook his advanced training in cardiology at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and the Nambour General Hospital becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2015. He went on to complete his fellowship in interventional cardiology (coronary and structural interventions) at the London Health Sciences Centre, London, Ontario, Canada and has additional training and interest in transcatheter heart valve implantation and repair. He has multiple publications in peer reviewed journals and has ongoing research interests. Dr Sam Hayman works from the Mater Private Clinic in South Brisbane and visits Gympie.
