Rohan is an Interventional Cardiologist and Associate Professor affiliated with the University of Western Sydney.
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney in 1988, Rohan undertook postgraduate training in cardiology at Concord Hospital and the Hallstrom Institute of Cardiology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Following this he took up a conjoint appointment at Liverpool and Campbelltown Hospitals.
Rohan was Director of Cardiology at Campbelltown Hospital between 2004-2011. He is now the Area Director of Cardiovascular medicine for the South-West Sydney Local Health District and Chairman of the South West Cardiology Group.
Rohan performs coronary interventions at Liverpool Hospital, Sydney Southwest Private Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital. Rohan works in all aspects of general cardiology, with sub-specialty interests in interventional cardiology and acute coronary syndromes. He is also involved in teaching medial students and mentoring advanced trainees in cardiology. He is also involved in many local and international multicenter research trials.
