joined the Sharp Street Surgery 25 years ago, in 1991. After previously completing my undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney, I undertook further training in Rural NSW. Another five years of post-graduate training was spent in England where I gained my Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in London.
I am a VMO at the Cooma Hospital and cover Emergency Medicine and In-patient care on a roster basis. One of my interests is in teaching and learning, and I have been very involved with the training of GP registrars since 1993. Since 2006 I have held an appointment as a Senior lecturer in the ANU Rural Clinical School as well as the Academic Co-ordinator for the Monaro Region. My other areas of interest in the medical field include Mental Health and Geriatric Medicine.
