Dr Rosen obtained his medical degree from the University of NSW and completed additional training at Stanford University, USA. Dr Rosen completed his dermatology specialist training at the Skin and Cancer Foundation Australia and St Vincent's and Prince of Wales hospitals, NSW, and obtained a Master of Medicine degree from the University of Sydney.
Dr Rosen is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, and a member of both the Australasian Association of Facial Plastic Surgeons and the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a consultant dermatologist and Lieutenant Colonel with the Australian Defence Forces.
Dr Rosen has published widely in medical journals, presented regularly at national and international conferences and is actively involved in medical research.
