Dr Kaushal trained in a premiere tertiary care hospital in Delhi before migrating to Australia in 2004. He then successfully completed a one year fellowship in lower limb arthroplasty at Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane. Dr Kaushal has been working as an Orthopaedic Consultant at Rockhampton Hospital since 2007, and was admitted as an Orthopaedic fellow to the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2011. Dr Kaushal moved into private practice in June 2012 with Dr Kim Bulwinkel and Dr Wojciech Janus. In February 2016 Dr Kaushal moved to Suite 3 at the Hillcrest Specialist Centre to expand his growing private practice.
