Dr. Rebecca Erfani completed her medical doctorate degree in 2005 and has been practicing medicine since then. She gained experience working in hospital setting in rural Tasmania and then moved to NSW and worked at Nepean emergency for a few years where she attained critical care skills. She found her passion in general practice and this led her to rural Queensland where she trained as a GP. She’s become a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in Feb 2017. Dr. Erfani sees general practice as a way of providing holistic patient centered care to the community. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in teaching. When away from work, she enjoys sports and exercise, listening to music and watching movies and spends time with family.
