Ratna graduated from St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London in 1989 and began work in Australia in 1990..She joined the Mosman Practice in 1999 after having worked in accident and emergency and psychiatry in Perth. She worked in hospital medicine for 5 years, focusing on obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, urology and geriatrics.
She also has post graduate diplomas in both geriatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology. In addition to this she completed a certificate in family planning. Ratna participates in the shared care and antenatal scheme with the Royal North Shore Hospital
In general practice Ratna is passionate about ALL aspects of family medicine and enjoys the diversity in brings. She keeps fit, swims all year round at Balmoral and rows up Middle Harbour
