Dr Carter has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Queensland. She is currently completing her vocational training at our Practice. Prior to joining our practice in 2016, Dr Carter worked as a doctor in Brisbane. Dr Carter enjoys the variety of General Practice. Her particular interests are: family planning, sexual health, contraceptive advice (trained Implanon provider), women's and children's health. When Dr Carter is not at work, she is taking her Labrador Paddy for long walks or spending time with her husband and two cats.
