Dr Pushpika completed MBBS from North Colombo Medical College in Sri Lanka in 1995. After migrating to Australia she worked in Westmead Hospital, Nepean Hospital, Mt Druitt Hospital and Mildura Base Hospital. Dr Pushpika completed her Diploma in Child Health (DCH) during the GP training in rural NSW in Bathurst in 2003. She obtained her Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2005. Dr Pushpika has been working as a General Practitioner in Western Sydney area since 2005. She moved to Ropes Crossing Medical Practice in 2011. She has been an examiner of RACGP for fellowship exams since 2008. Dr Pushpika is also accredited as a training supervisor for WentWest General Practice division. She is experienced in all aspects of general practice including women’s, men’s and child health, chronic disease management of elderly patients.
