Ann is one of the founding principals of General Practice Cremorne and probably one of the most well known GPs in Mosman/Cremorne, having practiced in the area since 1986.
Born and bred a Sydneysider, Ann graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School and then undertook her hospital training years at the Royal North Shore Hospital. Her post-graduate accomplishments include the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (from Sydney’s St Margaret’s Hospital) and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of GPs, for whom she is also an examiner. Ann is accredited with the Royal North Shore Hospital Antenatal Shared Care program, and has visiting rights at both Mosman and Castlecrag Private Hospitals.
Ann’s special interests are in women’s health and complex diagnostic and management problems – indeed she enjoys the challenge of helping people who have complicated medical issues. She particularly enjoys and is well aware of the privilege of being involved in people’s lives, from the simplest to the very complicated issues that may arise over a lifetime. Ann feels strongly about the importance of prevention and is passionate about empowering patients and involving them in their own healthcare. In her own words: “I love what I do”.
When not at work, Ann enjoys gardening, travelling and spending time with her family.
