Phil Myers completed a Diploma Christian Ministry at Life Bible College in 1981 and completed his Registered Nurse training in 1985. He received the F.J Maher Memorial scholarship for nursing in 1984.
Phil graduated with a bachelor in medicine and surgery in 1994 and Diploma in Child Health in 1996. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1998 and undertook courses in Nutritional and Functional medicine from 2003. He completed a Certificate in training MINDD foundation in 2006 and gained his Certificate in Integrative Medicine through The University of Queensland in 2009.
Phil has presented at several seminars on nutrition and illness prevention. He is married with seven children and enjoys bush hiking, swimming and photography.
