Dr Chen graduated from the University of Sydney in 1985 and did his early training at Westmead Hospital.
He has run his own 2 man general practice in the Hawkesbury Area (North Richmond) since 1991 and has just recently joined Penrith Medical Centre in 2014.
Dr Chen is experienced in all facets of general practice and has had surgical experience in plastic surgery and orthopaedics.
His special interests are family medicine, paediatrics, skin and procedural work, trauma and work cover injuries and issues.
Dr Chen has also been the Hawkesbury Race Club Doctor since 1991.
