Dr Peter Thorpe graduated from Adelaide University in 1976. He worked at the Modbury Hospital as a Registered Medical Officer and then gained his Diploma in Obstetrics from the Queen Victoria Hospital in 1978. Peter joined St Agnes Surgery in 1978 becoming a partner and developing an interest in Aviation Medicine and Surgery. He spent a year in Far North Queensland in 1982 both flying and doctoring to the remote areas of the channel country. From St Agnes, Peter joined a practice in Port Adelaide and then on to the Parade Medical Centre where he has been practicing since 2009. His interests are family medicine, Aviation Medicine and Surgical assisting
