Peter, has been working at Loxton Health Centre for 12 years. Originally from NSW, he did his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Sydney and postgraduate training in General Practice and Obstetrics in southern NSW. He also possesses a degree in mathematics. He moved to the Riverland in 2002 and now considers himself a proud South Australian. He became a full-time partner at the Loxton Health Centre in 2004. He has a passion for obstetrics and has undergone extra training in the use of ultrasound in pregnant women, and teaches courses in emergency obstetrics. He is also heavily involved in medical politics and health policy formulation, and sits on a number of boards and committees, including the state Council of the AMA. In his spare time he enjoys reading, travel, cycling, and squash and is an enthusiastic member of the Loxton Wine and Food club. He has two children.
