Dr Penny Laskey grew up and studied Medicine in Tasmania. She undertook specialist training in Anaesthesia in the United Kingdom, Jamaica and New Zealand before settling in Brisbane in 1988 to work at Royal Brisbane, Women’s and Children’s Hospitals. After 8 years full-time and 12 years part-time of public hospital work Penny now works only in the private sphere where she provides anaesthesia for a wide range of surgery, with especial interest in paediatric dental surgery
