Paul Giles is a general Ophthalmologist working with Eye Clinic Albury Wodonga providing general ophthalmology services to Albury Wodonga and surrounds.

Dr Giles completed his undergraduate medical training at Monash University in 1992 and subsequently spent time at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne and the Anatomy School at Monash University. In 1995 Dr Giles was awarded the Cedric Cohen prize for excellence in the basic science examinations in Ophthalmology and was subsequently admitted to the Ophthalmology Specialist Training Program based at the Eye and Ear Hospital.

After basic ophthalmology training, Dr Giles completed further general ophthalmology training in Taunton, England. Training included cataract surgery, oculoplastic surgery and glaucoma.

Dr Giles returned to Australia in 2000 and began work at the Albury Eye Clinic where he continues to practise in the field of general ophthalmology with interests in cataract surgery, oculoplastics and glaucoma. Along with the rest of the doctors at Eye Clinic Albury Wodonga, Dr Giles continues to support the public system as well as the Registrar training program and medical student teaching.
