Dr Penny completed her medical degree at the University of NSW in Sydney in 2006. She has worked in various metropolitan and outer-metropolitan hospitals in NSW, Victoria, and the N.T such as Wollongong Base Hospital, St George Cancer Care Centre( Sydney) and Peter Mac Cancer Care Centre in Melbourne. She has also worked extensively in mental health in Darwin, the Illawarra( NSW) and Mid-north Queensland. She has a diploma in clinical palliative care medicine from the Royal Australian College of Physicians and is hoping to complete her fellowship in Integrative medicine within the next 2 years.

Her interests include Women’s health, Mental health, Sexual health/ Family planning, Oncology and Integrative nutritional medicine. She also has a passion for Medical Education and is currently a tutor for medical students with Monash University. She is driven to empower patients with self-awareness about their health, the power of the mind-body connection and the importance of nutrition and lifestyle balance in achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Penny enjoys keeping active with Crossfit, mountain biking, latin dancing and travelling to explore new cultures and cuisines of the world.
