Pam is principal psychologist with special interest in individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorders including Asperger’s Disorder and other conditions like Anxiety Disorders, Learning Difficulties and Social Phobias.
Her practice includes individual therapy, behavioural programs, developmental programs and assessment and diagnosis with children, adolescents and adults.
Pam has given papers and workshops here in Australia and overseas about Autism Spectrum Disorders, including diagnosis and assessment, social development, behavioural regulation, ABA, early years to adulthood, bullying, social skills, attributions, and therapies. Pam provides intensive programs based on ABA principles for assisting preschool children diagnosed with developmental delays and Autism Spectrum Disorders and has trained therapists to assist with their social, language, play, academic and emotional adjustment. Pam has provided consultancy to schools to assist the development of remedial, behavioural and educational programs for children at all school levels to support their inclusion in school programs. She focuses on behavior problems and therapy, including anger management, emotional regulation and social development with children, adolescents and adults mostly using techniques derived from Cognitive and Behaviour Therapies.
