Nelum completed her medical degree at the University of Aberdeen, UK. She then served in several hospitals in the north of England, during which she gained valuable experience and qualifications in a multitude of medical specialties. Nelum completed her GP training in 2001. She worked as a partner in a General Practice in Manchester, UK for 7 years prior to moving to Brisbane in 2009.
Nelum is passionate about General Practice. Her special interests are chronic disease management, mental health and women’s health including all aspects of contraception.
