Negar grew up in Sydney and completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales in 2000.
After completing her degree she worked in hospitals throughout Sydney and country NSW gaining experience in emergency medicine and general medicine.
She completed her GP training in 2007 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs.
Negar has a special interest in preventative and lifestyle medicine, paediatrics and women’s health.
In her spare time, Negar enjoys fitness related activities. She dreams of being able to travel the world participating in fitness events once her two young children are older.
