Mirza graduated from the University of Dhaka Bangladesh and has been working as a doctor in Australia since 2003. Prior to joining the Gisborne Medical Centre Mirza worked as a GP in Colac Victoria. He has also worked at the Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital and the Kingston Medical Centre. Mirza has obtained a diverse range of experiences especially in emergency medicine, geriatric medicine, paediatrics, psychiatric medicine and minor surgery.
