General Practice is a wonderful and diverse job and I am thrilled to be part of Cottesloe Medical Centre.
I was born and raised in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, where I completed my initial medical training. My first job was at the University Hospital where I obtained exposure and experience to numerous different fields of medicine. After moving to Australia, I worked at Royal Perth Hospital for several years and completed my GP Fellowship training. Since then I have been working in Perth as a GP for 18 years and have found it to be a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
Although I enjoy all aspects of General Practice, my special interest areas include:
Antental and shared care Women’s health Child health Mental health I speak Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian languages and enjoy spending time with my family, reading and travelling.
The variety of general practice and opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives are the key reasons I am so passionate about my job.
