Dr Mangala Tshibangu has been practicing as a GP for almost 40 years. He employs a whole person approach in his practice and brings a wealth of experience to his patients. Mangala completed his studies at the University of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo in 1979 and went on to do his Master’s degree in Family Medicine in Pretoria, South Africa in 2003. He also completed a diploma in obstetrics and a certificate in occupational health at Monash University in 2016. Mangala has enjoyed his role as a general practitioner, while also having worked as a medical officer in hospital settings. His areas of interest include men's health, occupational health, travel medicine, children's health and practice procedures as well as all aspects of family medicine. He is a father of three and proud grandfather of three.
