Luke is a Queensland Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon running clinics at both the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital and Noosa Hospital, who prides himself on surgical outcomes as well as patient interaction, communication and education.

Luke has completed fellowships in upper limb (Trans Tasman Fellowship) and spinal surgery (John Hunter Spinal Fellow) to provide comprehensive patient care and complement his primary focus on degenerative conditions of the hip and knee, and arthroscopic knee surgery.

He aims to provide patients with the best and latest in joint replacement and reconstruction surgery techniques including (where appropriate) articular surface computer navigation, patient specific cutting jigs and minimal incision surgery.

Luke enjoys interacting with patients, and is dedicated to improving patient education, making every effort to ensure the surgical experience for his patients is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He believes his post-operative pain management protocols and accelerated rehabilitation improve the outcomes from this important moment in the patient’s life.

Outside his private practice, Luke maintains a public staff specialist position at Nambour Hospital and is committed to the training of tomorrow’s orthopaedic surgeons.

Luke can be contacted for any questions or concerns, including private management of acute trauma.
