A graduate of the University of QLD, Luke worked at the Princess Alexandra Hospital before joining the Royal Australian Air Force in 2005. Over the next five years, Luke facilitated routine and emergency medicine and health care to the RAAF. He also served twice each in East Timor and Afghanistan, providing air medical evacuation to those in service as well as locals. He finished his military service as Squadron Leader and Senior Medical Officer in the RAAF base in Amberley. Luke has lived in the western suburbs for five years and joined Bywater Medical in as a part time GP in 2007 and commenced full time in 2011. His interests are in mens health, family medicine and preventative health. Outside medicine, Luke enjoys golf, cycling and hiking trips as well as exploring new travel destinations with his wife.
