Larissa is a Neonatologist and General Paediatrician who started working at The Newcastle Paediatric Clinic in 2014. She completed her undergraduate training in South Africa and has worked in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and settled in Australia in 2005. Her fellowship was awarded in July 2011 in General Paediatrics and her fellowship in Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine was awarded in 2012. She works at John Hunter Children's Hospital as a Neonatatologist in the Neonatal Intensive Care and has a special interest in the developmental follow up of premature infants. She contributes to the neonatal on call service at Newcastle Private Hospital. She enjoys general paediatrics and sees children under the age of 2.
