Graduate of the University of Sydney with honors in 2006, Dr Bremner worked for several years as a GP and Emergency doctor in a remote town on the coast of Canada, accessible only by boat or plane. She returned to Australia in 2014 to make Canberra her long-term home. She has special interests in paediatrics, women’s health, menopause, aged care and lifestyle modification. She says loves the variety of General Practice and building relationships with patients. She enjoys being able to support people to improve their physical and emotional health. Dr Bremner was the first woman to represent Australia in wrestling at the 2008 Olympics. She married the coach of the Polish Olympic team and they have three young boys. They continue to enjoy wrestling and coaching.
