Dr Kristine Powell is a graduate of the University of Tasmania and a fellow of the RACGP.
Kristine was the principal of a busy general practice in Canberra for 16 years, gaining experience in all areas of general practice, particularly the management of chronic health conditions. She has completed the Family Planning Australia Certificate and has worked with Family Planning NSW and ACT, and the ACT Menopause Clinic.
Kristine has an interest in mental health and psychological medicine and has a diploma of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She is recognised by Medicare as a provider of psychological therapies.
She also has a particular interest in the management of menopause and is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society.
Kristine moved to Sydney in 2018 and lives with her teenage daughter and dog. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her horse and playing bass in a rockabilly band.
