Kristen enjoys the challenges of caring for people from all walks of life, she is passionate about helping keep people active, healthy and engaged, no matter what their age or medical issues. For the last two decades, she has developed experience in many areas of medicine including her General Practice Fellowship, a Masters of Sports Medicine and ongoing studies in Lifestyle Medicine.
She is enjoying being back on the Coffs Coast, raising children and making the most of all the family support.
