Kiran has recently moved to Brisbane with her family from Winton where she was working as both a GP and in the local hospital. Dr Reddyvari obtained her original qualifications in India. She emigrated to Australia in 2006, worked in South Australia from 2006 until 2014 and then moved to Winton. Kiran became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2011 and she also has a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a Diploma in Child Health. Her particular medical interests include minor surgical procedures (such as suturing, removal of sun spots, implanon insertion and removal) women’s health, child health, preventative medicine and care of chronic conditions (diabetes, asthma, cardiac health). Kiran enjoys the varied clinical case mix of general practice. She is a good communicator and sees her role as the first point of contact for the patient with the health system as being a very important one. Kiran’s objective as a General Practitioner is to respond to patient health needs and to provide them with competent healthcare by using her knowledge and experience.
