Dr Ivory graduated from the University of NSW and completed her internship and residency at Royal North Shore Hospital. This saw her seconded to the beautiful NSW mid-north coast on several occasions and she settled in the Port Macquarie area where she lived and worked as a General Practitioner for 25 years. In 2000 she assisted in setting up a skin cancer clinic in Port Macquarie, which she ran until 2008 when she moved to Melbourne to complete her Master of Public Health degree. Dr Ivory now works in the Sydney Medical School and continues to work clinically in the Central West Skin Cancer Clinic and the vulval dermatology clinic in Orange, NSW.
