Dr Kim Ramjan is a Paediatric Endocrinologist and Staff Specialist at the Royal North Shore and Gosford Hospitals (Type 1 diabetes clinic). She completed a BSc and MBChB at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand and a Diploma of Child Health during her paediatric training.

Kim trained in paediatric endocrinology at the Institute of Endocrinology and Diabetes at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. She has clinical interests in obesity and insulin resistance, puberty, growth and thyroid disorders in children and adolescents.

Kim is completing a PhD through the University of Sydney investigating the effect of a novel form of resistance training in the management of overweight adolescents with insulin resistance. She continues to be involved in mentorship and training of medical students and junior doctors as a Clinical Associate Lecturer at the Sydney Medical School.
