Dr Kevin Elliott is a Specialist Anaesthetist and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA). He completed his specialist training in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In 2004, Dr Elliott was appointed as the inaugural NeuroAnaesthesia Fellow at Auckland City Hospital. The following year he worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in NeuroAnaesthesia at the prestigious Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, England. During this time he gained extensive experience and expertise in the anaesthetic management of a wide range of complex Neurosurgical and spinal procedures. In 2007, Dr Elliott moved to Queensland to take up a consultant position at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital. In addition to his role as NeuroAnaesthetist for Neuron, he continues to work as a Senior Staff Specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and is a Senior Lecturer for University of Queensland.
