Dr Doust is the owner of the Blue House Surgery. He graduated from the University of Sydney in 1952 and is a Fellow and Life Member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. In 2005 he received a Medal of the Order of Australia for Services to General Practice and Medical Administration. He worked as a country General Practitioner since 1953. His interests include vintage cars and breeding Galloway cattle. Dr Doust is now retired so that he can enjoy his interests and try and catch some fish.
