Dr Ken Barbour graduated MBBS with Honours from the University of Western Australia in 1996. He spent five years in the hospitals of Perth gaining post graduate experience in a wide variety of medical specialties. He spent several of those years in different surgical disciplines, before moving to the United Kingdom and training in General Practice in the Lake District. He returned to Australia in 2006 and became a Fellow of the RACGP and joined the Busselton Medical Practice. He enjoys the full variety of General Practice but has special interest in skin cancer detection and surgery. Ken is married with 3 young children and in his spare time enjoys training for endurance obstacle races such as Tough Mudder. He readily admits the children are the toughest challenge!
