Born in Townsville, and raised in Ingham, Kaylene is a JCU graduate, and knows that North QLD is home. With a variety of experience and further training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Kaylene has a strong commitment to general practice and a passion for rural general practice, and looks forward to an ongoing career in this area. Continuing education of medical students and junior doctors is also very important to her, and she is committed to furthering the education of younger generations. She aims to continue working in general practice, sub-specialising in women's health, but enjoying managing a wide variety of presentations and medical issues. She strongly values the delivery of high quality care that patients expect, desire and deserve.
