Dr. Kathryn Gilson is a Clinical Psychologist at CBT Australia and an adjunct lecturer in the School of Psychology and Psychiatry, Monash University. She has experience working with clients who experience depression and anxiety (including generalised anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobia, and post traumatic stress disorder) in young adults, adults, and children. Kathryn received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Monash University and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and APS College of Clinical Psychology. She has worked as a researcher and clinician on controlled trials that treat people with panic disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, and pain management using cognitive behaviour therapy.
