Kashan believes in holisitic healthcare, placing equal importance on both the physical and mental aspect of health and well being.
She practises all elements of General Practise with a special interest in Chronic Disease prevention and management, Mental Health, Peadiatrics, Gynaecology, Acne and obtaining a healthy weight.
She is experienced in procedures such as pap smears, implanon insertion and removal, iron infusions as well as small surgical procedures.
Kashan has undertaken her undergraduate studies at the University of New South wales. She then went on to complete her Internship and Residency at St George hospital before obtaining her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She followed on with completing her Diploma in Child health at the University of Sydney.
Whilst working as a GP, she continues to work as a Chief medical officer at various hospitals including North Shore Private, Prince of Wales private, Wollongong Private and Chris O’brian Life house.
Kashan enjoys travelling and reading. She has practised medicine overseas as well as volunteering medically at refugee camps in the Middle East.
