Jossy believes in human connection through the process of listening, sharing and healing. Jossy has more than 14 years of experience training and working in mental health services both in UK and Australia. He is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in UK (MRCPsych) and Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Australia and New Zealand ( FRANZCP). His areas of interest include General Adult Psychiatry, Adult ADHD and Schema focused psychotherapy. He is presently training in integrative medicine with the Australian College of Nutrition and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). When he is not working, he enjoys time for himself through walks, meditation and Yoga, reading and listening to podcasts, and spending time with ‘my beautiful family and my wonderful friends.’
