Joseph was born in Canada but completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2011. After completing medical school he attended his internship and residency years on the central coast with a focus in Emergency Medicine. However, after the birth of his daughter, Joseph opted for the greener pastures of Family Medicine and General Practice. He completed his fellowship in General Practice in Port Macquarie and has since moved back to Sydney with his wife and daughter to be closer to family.
He has particular interests in chronic disease management and prevention, child health, travel health, sports injury management and skin cancer medicine. Joseph will preform skin checks, basic surgical procedures, general health check ups and health assessments.
Outside of medicine Joseph classically enjoyed a day on the mountain, ice hockey and maple syrup. And now more so, a day at the beach, the footy and vegemite. As well as all other things stereotypically Canadian and Aussie.
