Dr Jo Tong grew up in Sydney and completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales. Before moving to the Southern Highlands she worked as a dedicated GP in Albury for 10 years where she enjoyed the management of complex cases in the community, palliative care, children’s health and preventative medicine.
She is known for her thorough, caring and methodical approach to her practice of medicine. Dr Tong is very committed to the education and training of the next generation of GPs and is an accredited GP Supervisor.
Outside of work, Jo is passionate about her 2 Siberian huskies and travelling.
