Jim comes from the Wellstead area, the farm he grew up on is still in the family. After many years of study and work in Perth,Overseas and in Manjimup he moved back to Albany with his young family in 1995. The kids have long since flown the coop leaving plenty of time for his new passions; farming, horticulture, gardening and bees. Interestingly he is pretty confident he will live to 100 if every sting he has endured confers an extra day of good health! He works as an GP Anaesthetist at the Albany Health Campus. His areas of special interest include Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, Sports injuries and Aged care. His motto is Life is for Living!
