Dr Jaimini Raniga qualified as a medical doctor from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, London University in 1982 and has been a medical practitioner of Family and Integrative Medicine for the last 30 years.
Jaimini applies a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness, integrating the best of conventional and complimentary health care modalities. Her special interests are lifestyle and functional medicine and preventive medicine. Jaimini’s conviction that a more personalised approach to treating and resolving medical problems and illness, has culminated in a unique, integrated health and wellness programme, that draws on the many techniques she has learned over the last 22 years, viz. Nutritional and Environmental medicine, Natural Bio-identical hormones, Ayurveda, Unani-Tibb Medicine, Homeopathy, Cold Laser Therapy and the Bowen Therapeutic Technique.

She is the author of numerous articles for health magazines and columns, and has appeared as a specialist on a number of radio and TV health shows. Jaimini’s passion lies in the prevention of illness by restoring function and balance mentally, emotionally and physically. Her special interests are Female Menopause, Andropause, Perimenopause, PCOS, PMT, Endometriosis and menstrual problems, gut health and detoxification, and weight management.
She also specialises in all chronic illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Diabetes, Heat disease, Osteoporosis, Thyroid Disease, Adrenal Fatigue, Auto Immune disorders, Skin Problems, Mental Health and Stress Management.
