Dr Inaki Ruiz Molina (Known as “Nach”) is a dedicated osteopath that understands the interaction between the different structures and systems of the human body and their relationship to health. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal pain management as well as sporting injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Inaki begins his treatments with a thorough assessment and uses an evidence based approach to work with patients to help them achieve their goals, whether it be pain management or sports performance. Inaki utilises a wide variety of techniques, including osteopathic manipulation and mobilisation, soft tissue massage, muscle energy technique and dry needling. He also believes very strongly in the importance of patient education and their involvement in their treatment and management.

Having been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 12 years, in Spain, Scotland and Australia, he is passionate about osteopathy, therapeutic exercise and sports performance. He has studied a bachelor degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, followed by a Masters Degree in Exercise Sciences & Health (Research). Wanting to further enhance his knowledge in the human body and manual therapy, he also gained a bachelor degree in Human Structure and Function with a double major in Osteopathy and finally a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Medicine.

In addition, Inaki obtained his personal trainer certificate with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and his strength training and conditioning certification with the Spanish Association of Fitness and Bodybuilding (AEFF). He has also been involved in research in sports sciences (duathlon and indoor soccer), and in spinal manipulation.
