Dr Linton graduated from the University of Queensland and underwent his specialty training in Brisbane and Melbourne.
He started his specialist practice in the Tweed Head and Murwillumbah District Hospitals in 1985, and has continued his relationship with these centres.
He was one of the first specialists working from the John Flynn Hospital when it opened its doors in 1993. He established the John Flynn Cardiology Practice.
Since 2003 he has made regular visits to Fiji, where he established that country’s first cardiac angiography unit.
Specialising in stress echocardiography and diagnostic coronary angiography.
Special Interests:
Outside of work he enjoys surfing, travelling and spending time with his family.
